One of the biggest frustrations and issues for seniors is not knowing how to do something and then not being able to get online help and support when needed.
Tip #2 PACING YOURSELF Make sure you pick an online business that does not rush you. Pick a business that you can build at your own pace. You do not want to agree to starting an online business if it has to be completed within a certain time frame. You will want to allow yourself as much time as you need.
Tip #3 TRAINING Make sure there is good training to teach you the ropes. Whatever online business your choose, there should be plenty of training that will help you navigate setting up your new business. Does it include written text as well as audio - and maybe even video? Video is probably best as we all can learn much easier while watching someone doing something.
Tip #4 CONTACT Make sure you can contact the site owner by email, telephone or both. Nothing is more frustrating then to need help with something and not be able to personally contact anyone at the support provided.
